Terms of Service

These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of TallyBloom (“TallyBloom”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.

Your account

You need an account to use TallyBloom. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

What you can do

You can create counters, log daily counts, edit history, customize colors, and view your heatmaps. Personal, non-commercial use is fine. Commercial / team use (more than one user under your account) isn't supported yet.

What you can't do

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the service.
• Use TallyBloom to track or store content that's illegal, harassing, or otherwise harmful to others.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission.
• Resell or rebrand the service without a written agreement with us.

Your content

The data you put into TallyBloom is yours. We claim no ownership of your counter names, day counts, or color preferences. We host them for you and render them back to you; that's the deal.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but make no uptime guarantees. Things break, hosting providers have incidents, software has bugs. We'll try to be transparent when they do.

Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing privacy@tallybloom.com from the address on file. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

TallyBloom is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TallyBloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for free accounts, is zero).

Changes

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-product. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
